Over six gentle, science‑backed weeks, I’ll help you understand what’s going on in your brain and body, and show you simple, practical ways to feel more alive, calm and motivated again that can easily be integrated into your daily life.

This is about small, realistic shifts that reconnect you with your spark—not a personality transplant (because I promise you, you don’t need one to start enjoying your life again!)

  • You live with a neurodivergent brain, chronic illness or post‑viral fatigue and need approaches that actually understand that.

  • You’ve worked with me before and would love a gentle refresher to get your spark back again.

What We’ll Do Together

Across 6 weeks, we’ll meet live online for 90 minutes in a small, supportive group (maximum of 12). Each session follows the same gentle, brain‑friendly rhythm:

  • Start with “What’s been good?” We begin by noticing something that’s gone well or made you smile. This isn’t fluffy—it’s a simple way to shift your brain out of constant threat mode and remind it that good things still happen.

  • Short, practical neuroscience teach. I’ll walk you through what’s actually going on in your brain—why you get stuck in overwhelm, negativity or lost motivation—and what you can realistically do about it day to day.

  • Group Q&A and gentle coaching. You’ll have space to ask questions and reflect. I’ll guide you with simple coaching questions so you can apply the ideas to your own life.

  • Guided relaxation. We’ll end with a calming relaxation or meditation to help settle your nervous system and lock in what you’ve learnt.

  • Micro‑action commitments. You’ll choose one small, doable action for the week ahead—something that nudges your “spark dial” up by just one point.

You do not need to share personal details if you don’t want to. You can take part quietly—or even just watch the session recordings—and still get huge value.

The 6 Weeks at a Glance

Week 1 – Neuroscience of Joy & Gratitude. How your brain is wired to focus on what’s wrong, and how simple gratitude practices can gently retrain it to notice what’s good, so life stops feeling so heavy.

Week 2 – From Overwhelm to Calm. Why your brain tips from healthy stress into complete overwhelm, what’s really happening in your fight/flight/freeze response, and practical “in‑the‑moment” tools to help you calm your system and get moving again.

Week 3 – Rewiring a Negative Mindset. Understanding negativity bias, confirmation bias and “dopamine drought,” how the language we use can unintentionally keep us stuck there, and learning easy reframes that feel authentic—this is not about forcing yourself to be positive.

Week 4 – Why Purpose Matters. How a sense of meaning and direction fuels your motivation and resilience, and simple ways to reconnect with your values and what actually lights you up (without redesigning your whole life).

Week 5 – Find Your Mojo Again. The science of motivation: why it disappears, why willpower isn’t the answer, and how to rebuild momentum with small wins that feel good instead of punishing.

Week 6 – Build Your Spark‑Sustaining Toolbox. Bringing everything together into your own personal “spark plan” so you can keep using these tools long after the programme ends.

You’ll also get access to session recordings (so you can catch up or re-watch) and guided relaxations to use between sessions.

Who’s Guiding You?

I’m Caroline, founder of Enjoy Your Life.

I combine solution‑focused hypnotherapy, coaching and applied neuroscience to help people move from surviving to genuinely enjoying their lives again. I specialise in anxiety, burnout and life with a neurodivergent brain, because that’s my own lived experience too.

This programme brings together what I’ve seen work again and again in my 1‑to‑1 practice—shared in a small group setting, so you get both expert support and the relief of “Oh, it’s not just me.”

Practical Details

Format: Live online group sessions (I use Google Meet, which is very similar to Zoom but more stable and secure)

Length: 6 weeks, every Monday evening starting on Monday 13th April - Monday 18th May at 6.30pm

Session duration: 90 minutes each

Group size: Maximum of 12 people

Investment: £280 (or 2 monthly payments of £140). The beauty of our small group is you get my expertise plus peer support—for a fraction of 1‑to‑1 prices (£840 equivalent). Real transformation doesn't have to cost the earth!

You’ll receive:

  • 6 live online group sessions

  • Session recordings to catch up or listen to again (these will be available for 2 months after the course has finished)

  • Guided relaxations to listen to between sessions
